Who We Are
Since 1999, Wood County Republican Women has united and empowered conservative women to lead and serve East Texas with faith and conviction.
-
Wood County Republican Women was founded in 1999 to unite, educate, and empower conservative women who wanted to make a difference in their community. What began as a small circle of friends with a shared love of faith, family, and freedom has grown into a strong, active organization that champions civic engagement and supports local leaders across East Texas. Through decades of service, our members have remained committed to the same mission — to preserve the values that make Wood County strong and to encourage more women to take part in shaping the future of our community.
-
To actively support and strengthen the Republican Party in Wood County and the state of Texas, and restore the values and freedoms guaranteed by our constitution.

To actively support conservative community programs in our state.
-
To train and educate Wood County women to become effective advocates in politics.
To plan projects, events and meetings that broaden the interest and education of our members.
